xPression 3 Design Track - xDesign

Learn all about xDesign in this course intended for xPression document designers. Learn how to create xPression documents for dynamic publishing, as well as how documents created in xDesign interact with other applications in the xPression suite. Through presentations and hands-on, instructor led training, students gain the knowledge needed to be proficient in xDesign. In addition to the hands-on xDesign lessons, the student is introduced to dependent and related applications in the xPression software suite through live presentations*.

Who Should Attend:

Professionals who are responsible for xPression administration and document development.

Course Prerequisites:

An intermediate understanding of the following areas is highly desirable:
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft® Windows 2000 or higher
  • Microsoft® Word 2003, including the use of styles
An introductory understanding of the following areas is highly desirable:
  • Relational Databases such as Oracle, or DB2, or SQL Server
  • XML and XML schemas
