Learn how to leverage xResponse for one-to-one customer correspondence. Additionally, learn how xResponse interacts with other applications in the xPression suite. This course introduces you to the concepts and features that make xResponse work. The course walks students through the xResponse interface and the process of setting up xResponse in xAdmin. Students will learn how to prepare xDesign documents for use in xResponse, how to create and manage documents in the xResponse system. The class covers how to use the two xResponse editors and how to configure xResponse for each editor. The class also covers advanced topics such as optional paragraphs, protected text, an introduction to FastPath, customizing the xReponse customer data page, and configuring the xResponse toolbar.
